Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room wasn't very clean, but the clean linen on the beds helped. However, the bathroom had hairs around the sink and bathtub, needing more attention for a deep clean. The luxury or club room was small.
I had a lovely stay and would definitely go back. The rooms were a good size, comfortable, and clean, although the silly alarm on them was a disturbance. The decor seemed a bit dated but didn't bother me much, to be honest.
The hotel has an atmospheric charm but might need an update. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, although some areas were intermittent. The location is central but exposed to occasional issues. The dining experience had some hits and misses. Overall, decent value for money.
The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and worked really well for us, despite minor issues like the room being too warm and lack of curtains. The service, although lovely, had some hiccups with early morning disturbances and breakfast setup. The location was ideal for shopping and show visits, close to the town center. The dining experience offered good quality but was a bit slow at times.
